Drumming in a group setting is therapeutic, healing, uplifting and paradoxically both relaxing and energizing at the same time.
This makes it a powerful way to de-stress and feel joy. Feeling a sense of belonging and being able to learn and engage in something in just a few minutes that is co-created by all members at that moment is something magical.
All abilities are welcomed but no previous experience is needed as taught in a call and response style, chant and song.
There will be 2 x 50 minute sessions:
Location: TBC, Mile End Campus
Date: Monday 26th October
Time: 1pm - 2pm or 2pm - 3pm
Come and join the rhythm, positivity and joy!
