Insanity Fitness Class

What is Insanity?

This is a total body workout programme that requires no gym or equipment. Using a fitness method called "max interval training", it turns interval training on its head. Fusing bodyweight exercises, martial arts and jump variations, you will be made to work flat out in 3-5 minute blocks, only taking breaks long enough to take a gulp of air and then get right back to it.
