What is PiYo?
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength and flexibility benefits of Yoga. Set up like a cardio class, its low impact, adaptable to all levels, but most importantly, designed to make you sweat!
Our Power PiYo Sessions with Kat focus more on our strength-building exercises, involving dynamic and flowing movement to build on your strength whilst keeping you flexible for the week ahead.
