To reduce the spread of Covid-19, we kindly ask that you are not in the same room as maintenance staff while they are working. This means that you should leave your bedroom or the communal area as soon as the maintenance staff arrive. Failure to do so will delay the repair.
Do I need to be in when the maintenance team visit?
You do not need to be home for maintenance staff to access your room to carry out a repair that you have requested but, if you are, you should allow them to enter. Maintenance staff will lock the door of your room when they finish working, even if your room was unlocked when they arrived, so please remember to bring your keys with you to avoid being locked out.
