Stress & Anxiety as a student during COVID-19
Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies is offering the opportunity to engage with a recorded webinar looking at anxiety and stress.
This webinar aims to raise awareness and understanding of anxieties from a student perspective as well as why anxiety triggers physical symptoms. There will be a focus on specific techniques to support stress including the stress bucket and problem-focused coping. This session will also look at understanding worry and its links to anxiety along with a specific technique to learn called Worry Management.
To get access, you must be a resident or have a GP in Tower Hamlets and complete the form – it should only take a few minutes and the information you share is confidential – and you’ll be given a link to the workshop immediately.
With exams and deadlines on the horizon, Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies have also developed another webinar that looks at ways in which you can manage stress. You can find more about this here.
